The City of Glendale really treats all us authors like royalty, and Cerreta's Candy always provides us with special treats (this year, a fabulous basket full of the most delicious chocolate in the world and a lovely Chocolate Affaire mug). They also brought us meals. Seriously, the way to this girl's heart is definitely food! They even came by and brought us chocolate dipped strawberries!!! Bliss.
On of the best things about the book signing is meeting readers, visiting with other writer friends, and meeting new ones. So here are just a few photos I'd like to share from this amazing weekend:

Here's Vijaya Schartz and me. She always looks so classy, and men, she has a sexy French accent.
This is Kelly Hanzlik, Kathryne Kennedy, and Stacy Cornell. Kathryne was gracious enough to help me brainstorm on who would be a good agent for me, even encouraging me to pitch to hers!
And here's Kathryne and Valerie Bosna, aka Valerie Kelly, a fellow Regency Romance Author, who just landed a great deal on a new dark paranormal series. She and I talked a lot about writing, career, and family. She encouraged me in many, many ways.
Oh, and I did sell books, too! I had available for sale my Regency Romance, The Stranger She Married. The Second of my Regency Romance Series, the Rogue Hearts Series, Book Two, The Guise of a Gentleman, will be out in April 2010.

Looks like a fun time! Makes me wish I wrote romances :-).
Congrats on selling books!
Donna, If you'd like a blog award (you don't have to take it), I've listed you for the "Happy 101 " award on my blog.
