The competition was fierce and the scores were close, so I'm honored to get this distinction.Guess what??? My good news is your good news!!! I love fantasy because it is uniquely from the imagination of the author and if I love the writing style of the author then it is not hard for me to follow the story and enjoy the fantasy. I really don't know if that makes sense - but it does to me so there ya go! Love your stuff. I'm excited to see what new subject you are choosing to write about. BTW, I just love your regencies...okay and everything else. I'm anxiously waiting to read more about those Amesbury brothers...love them! =)

Fantasy? Wow, what's not to love? When I read, I wanna be swept away. Whether it's to another time, land, realm. With humans, elves, dragons, vampires, werewolves--whomever! Fantasy allows the reader's imagination to expand further than mere contemporary. No boundaries, no limits. Page after page of pure adventure.

Congratulations!! That is so awesome and well deserved. Queen in Exile was one of my favorite reads last year.
I love fantasy, because it allows me to be swept away into the world of imagination. I love sitting down with a book that takes me away from every day life, even if it's just a for a few moments. I'm allowed to enter different worlds, and meet new characters. It's refreshing to do that, to just escape life for a bit and get lost in a wonderful adventure.

I love fantasy because it lets you live in another world for a while and imagine "what if". I especially love fantasy with romance, which it sounds like that's what Queen in Exile is. Sounds really good!

I love fantasy. My favorite thing about it, the magic.
What I love about fantasy is that the author takes you to a place beyond your imagination. It makes you want to be in that time and place with the characters in the story!!!
I love fantasy because it is limitless and can take you anywhere you can imagine, or in some cases where you haven't ever imagined before!
